    think 90s Reds.
Wood is now in Cleveland, Marmol has been told he is the setup man, Gregg is now the Cubs lone closer.

An interesting thing that gets forgotten about the "Nasty Boys" is that in 1990 Norm Charlton started 16 games. In 1991 Charlton and Randy Myers had 23 starts between them so at any given time one, if not both, were not available out of the pen. When they were all in the pen they were a great trio and no team has ever really successfully been able to duplicate what the Reds had. The closest being the 1993/94 Montreal Expos with John Wettleland and Mel Rojas.
With as many blown saves as the Cardinals had last year you would think they would want some stability at the back end of the bullpen.

Now back to our regularly scheduled topic:
Over as bad as the Padres are they will win at least 50 games

    Over/Under 50 HR's for Prince Fielder

Under. 50 Hr's for Fielder is pushing it. Probably 40-45.

      O/U: 30 HRs-30 SB for Grady Sizemore.
      Too Old To Game Club

      Urban Meyer is lol.

I'm going to say over, knowing full well Milton is probably going to be under.

Over/Under: 80 wins for the Tigers.

Over, I feel Verlander will bounce back and Galarraga will have a monster year.
With their offense, and if their bullpen can hold up they definitely have a shot.

            Over/Under: Mark Reynolds has 190 K's.
            MLB: St. Louis Cardinals
            NBA: New York Knicks
NFL: Houston Texans, St. Louis Rams

Over. Reynolds is going to have a long year. Bad eye, bad defense, awesome power.

              Over/Under: Joba has 25 starts.

Under, I just don't see it.

Over/Under 25 wins for any pitcher this year?

1000000% under. We haven't had one in nearly 2 decades (it's the Dutch pitching coach for the WBC incidentally, lol), don't see who's gonna do it this year.

O/U: Dontrelle Willis has a 5.00 ERA to end the season.

Over, and I expect to see him either out of the league or in the minors again.

O/U: AL East team wins division by 5 games.

Under. I think it will be a dogfight up until the end.

Over/under 45 home runs for Pujols.

I say over by a few, 48-50 for Pujols this season.

O/U: Bobby Abreu hits 100 RBIs as an Angel.

Depends on where he bats. I'll say over.

I thought Blyleven was the Dutch pitching coach? Bob Welch was the last to win 25 or more games in 1990 with 27.

Bruce should be better overall than Dunn (tons of power like Dunn, should have a better eye) and the young guys (Votto, Volquez, Cueto) should have a better year.

                                You didn't ask a question.
