Homerun at Fenway

I hit a homerun over the green monster and it was called a ground rule double--OUCH?!?! Also in California's stadium--in right center---is the wall thats a part of the bleachers considered a homerun or does it have to clear it?

First of all, it's called Anaheim (in Edison International Field), and second of all, it needs to clear that 16 foot wall and into the bleachers.
