Tight asb_man. Can you guys keep the featured options like exagerrated pitching and generated pitch count, etc. Also, let zone be the primary batting interface so that people won't criticize your reviews, but leave the cursor options in.

F the reviews. If you just improve the little things like baserunning control / ai, the pitch over-accuracy, the ground / flyball ratio and add some sliders and the best will only get better.

Then again If there going to mess around with the batting, how about some trigger based batting like the first WSB on Dreamcast? And How about if you make an icon that is only a bat-shaped distorted area instead of a defined shape? you could call it the point-of-impact icon or something cool like the "residual image contact point focus imaging indicator" aka the r.i.c.p.f.i.i. or simply rickpiffy batting.

Also how about making the pitching pressure sensitive using the trigger? You could let pulling the trigger actually make the pitcher go into the wind up and let how far you press it represent the velocity. Hold the trigger all the way down for most velocity but least control and just tap the trigger for the least velocity. You need a certain amount of velocity for a slider to break correctly so have a meter that shows how much pressure to use to throw the desired pitch most effectively(have an option to hide the meter of course). Throw a curve with too much velocity(squeeze the trigger too far) and it will flatten out and the location will be off; throw it with too little location and it may brak too much and also be harder to control.

        Just a couple of thoughts!
