                This is how I rate players. I don't know of a good way to rate speed or defense. I am working on it, but mostly i just follow the subjective ratings of scouting reports.

                    Hmmm...don't necessarily agree with that. Foxx is a Hall of Famer and one of the greatest players ever.

                        Upon further review I would give it to Foxx. I had given it to Vaughn because Foxx played so many seasons with the A's. Their numbers are pretty similar, but Foxx had more RBI's in less games and Vaughn had only 8 more HR's in one extra season. Thanks for making me take a closer look.

                            You're welcome. I wasn't putting you down for picking Vaughn, by the way.....certainly a case can be made for either one of them.

                            To be honest I didn't realize Foxx played that many seasons in Boston...I also primarily consider him an Athletic.
