how much money you have to spend. Realistic means teams like the Yankees will have more money than the Expos, just like in real life. Even= all teams have same amount.

not sure about assigned. I thought I read the money will change if you do good in you season.

Your market will increase or decrease depending on how you do in the season. As a matter of fact, between spring training and regular season, your market will increase some if you do well enough.
