slider question

Has anyone tried the BE(s) slider at around 35-40? i have it set around 36 and i get good pitch counts .
just wondering if anyone else has tried this...

I'll try that, do you get realistic walk counts?

I want to wonder which is better and harder to get hits on?:

Pitching Ability: 85
Throw Strikes: 8

or

Pitching Ability: 100
Throwing Strikes: 1

Actually, all this CPU TS @ 1 business is crazy, you get way too many balls thrown by number 1 starters and even MORE by the 4 and 5 man.

Try CPU Pitch ability @ 100, and TS at about 50. Sounds crazy, I know, but the CPU throws more realistic counts in the numbers of 115-80, 94-62, and so on....

I've checked my numbers w/ recent box scores, and as long as you have a patient approach at the plate, they're dead on.

Of course, if you go up swinging first strike all the time instead of waiting for your pitch to hit, your numbers are going to be skewed. IOW, if you're a patient hitter at this game, the settings I've given will work wonders for you.

i walk few each game, especially with the BE(b) at around 90 and the CPU BA in the 40's.
