Xcell missing major.minor leaguers.

I created Gil Meche accoring to the number on xcells web page he turned out being a 34, so i just bumped a few things up and he is now a 73.
Why did he turn out to be a 34??

He looked awesome last night, but I don't think one great night is enough to warrant a doubling of his rating on a videogame.... lol

I know the problem Mavs13... it's a tiny and easy to fix glitch... it happens everytime i create a player... if he is like that go to his one of his ratings like Control for his fastball, put it up 1 and go back down 1, so it's back at the same... save it and check his rating now... at a 73!
