WSB - Has anyone been able to gets walks at a realistic rate?

I have a few games where I get 2 or 3, but I am dead last in the league in walks by alot. I have CPU throw strikes at 1 - the lowest it will go.

i have it set at 5, and two of my guys are on the league leaders in walks....my big problem is the amount of walks issued, here and there but not often enough, but im learning to pitch more cautiously, so that should help that out alot

well i so far played like 60 games and have like over 200 walks as a team with the cpu throw stike at 1, thats like 4 walks a game

CPU walks aint a problem..User pitch count is.

hmmm, im lucky if i get a walk a game either thrown by me or the cpu. maybe its because im too aggressive, the cpu's pitch count is usually at like 70.
one thing about baseball video games is that player attributes dont really matter for the user when batting. for example, you may have a patient hitter at the plate, but as a game player, you may be more aggressive. therefore, you will swing at morte balls than the actualy player would in a real game. its kind of like besides power and contact, you always have the same batter at the plate.

i get 1-2 a game but i am a "hacker" especilly when i am losing.....

What are your other settings?

I'm especially interested in CPU PA.

And double-check your team stats and give us an exact number of walks for your team.
