Good hitting style (WSB/ASB)

Hey guys,

I'm sure this has been discussed before in the previous threads, but here's my dilemma:

I own both games and like what each has to offer (point is not to debate the games). The problem is I suck at hitting with a cursor. I'm an old school gamer who likes the "timed" hitting. I find that this is too easy and I never strike out. I'm not the type that likes to spend tons of time learning how to hit with the cursor (maybe I just have slow reflexes). ASB is REALLY tough to hit with the cursor, WSB is a little easier. Any suggestions? Does anyone else use the TImed Hitting in WSB? Does ASB even have a "Timed" Hitting option on Advanced levels for everything else?

you can used timed hitting in ASB on any level. Not sure about WSB.

Thanks for the info. Yes, you can used timed hitting on any level in WSB. The only problem that I have with timed hitting is you don't ever just "Miss" pitches. Generally, once you get the timing down in WSB, you can make contact with everyone (including the pitcher). In ASB, do you actually miss pitches occassionally, even when you're right on the pitch?
