Reluctantly switching to classic cursor (ASB)

I have been playing on All-Star with the normal batting cursor for a long time now, but I have to switch. I win every game way to easy. I like the normal cursor because it is more realistic how you can swing hard or to make contact, but the aiming makes it too easy. I hope for next year's version they make it way less automatic, so if you aim the cursor to left field, it will go there if you hit it in the center of the cursor, but if you hit it on the right half, it goes to right. It is too easy to aim it to the gaps or get bloop hits, so I'm moving to classic. I don't like how many fly balls are in classic, but at least now my games will be close. I wish they could take the normal cursor and make it harder to hit with, because now if you aim it to the right spot, it's almost an automatic hit.

The only problem I found with Classic Cursor is you get to many doubles. But I didn't seem to get too many homeruns.

the thing i didn't like about the classic cursor is you can't hit to the right side w/ a runner on second and no outs and you cant try to lift a fly ball w/ a runner on third. Also, w/ the normal cursor I try to pull w/ dead pull hitters, hit opposite field with certain hitters etc...

I don't understand people who complain about having too much control with normal cursor because you can aim your hits. I only play with normal cursor and I DO NOT tilt the cursor, I only toggle between power and contact and I spray hits all over the field. If you feel you have too much control, DO NOT AIM YOUR CURSOR.

Ugh, classic isn't working too well either. I scored 12 runs last night and hit 6 home runs, 2 of them with my leadoff guy, who is might hit 5 in a season. I'll give classic one more shot, but if I hit that many home runs again, I suppose I will give zone a try.

I use Zone because I don't want to have to worry about aiming my hits, tilting the cursor, choosing between contact and power. I don't want to do all that thinking, I just want to play. I do hit too many comebackers to the pitcher but I can live with that as long as I can just swing high, low, mid, inside, outside, etc...

I'm still hitting on easy, because I can't really see the ball in time to aim my hits. Eventually, I hope to move to zone. Exaggerated pitching didn't help anything for me, either. Need to play more....
