    WSB2k3 Minor League System

Does anyone know if the talent I have in my Minor League System will improve over the next season? Almost my whole Minor League Roster says their all scrubs. Should I scrap them and pick up newer talent?

If its says that they are scrubs that will never be ready, then scrap them.

It also depends on how good your scout is and your minpor league manager guy is. Durin my first offseason i traded my scrubs for guys with B/B+/A- potential. Now i have a pretty good farm team.

Just completed my first offseason - the scrubs didnt improve. The scrubs are unlikely to improve but as the other guy said - it depends on your scout.

I would cut 27+ year old scrubs but I hold onto the young players as things can change there.

I also noticed that its very easy to get the cpu to include young high ceiling prospects in trades.

Make sure you have both a great Scout and Minor League Director. If not, fire both of them and hire the best available at the end of the year. With a great Scout, you should be able to draft players with high True potential. Cut the scrubs off your team and your Minor League should be replenished with non-scrubs. Then your Minor League Director is in charge of shaping them up within a reasonable amount of time.
