Ok here we go PLEASE check this out and tell me if i have this right

I just recently started to really follow/study(about 1&half years ago) Bball so i really cant judge if im getting a realistic game or not. ( well for the most part i can)

I started playing using the default pro settings only i put the pitch speed at fast and i was beating the cpu 99% of the time some wins were 9-3 some 3-1 (the knuckle ball was making me its fool

But i went through the slider thread and this is what im using Now
All star
cpu Pitching ability 100
cpu BA 55
cpu BE Balls 45
cpu BE strikes 50
cpu Tstk 20 but i read someone said set it at 1
cpu steal 50

pitch speed fast
batting cursor med
Pitch cursor on
strike zone on
active bullpen on
LOG 9
DH al home team
errors normal
wind on
Var pitching med
swing feedback off
pitchpreview off
standard hitting
auto field lock on

I have really fell in love with the(real life) game of baseball, i rented last years version of WSB for the xbox and purchased this years version(PS2 my xbox broke) the franchise is the best of any sports game i have ever played

You guys seem to know what your talking about so ill learn from you if youll share your knowledge and insight of the game with me

I find myself watching every baseball game i can trying to learn new pitching/batting strategies (mr joe morgan) is a big help

Also what do you think of these sliders there a combo of yours from that LONG thread

If I were you I would just check out your team's stats on EPSN or something like that. For example, I play as the A's. I know that, so far, they are averaging about 9 hits a game. If in my franchise, I see that I am getting a little more hits per game, I up the sliders a bit.
I sim about half my games so I get a good mix. Sliders play an important role in my franchise for realistic results.
