ASB - Fatigue problem
I have a pitcher (Sterling Hitchcock) who I used maybe twice in the first ten games of my season, but then his fatigue level wouldn't go up. He stayed at like a D on the bullpen screen for a few days. I looked at the scouting reports and it said "Needs Rest" so I put him on the 15-day DL. After 15 days, it still says that! Is something wrong with him/the game? It's not like he's very important to my bullpen, but it bugs me.Tags: None -
Re: ASB - Fatigue problem
check the injury screen where it lists all the injuries for every team and see if he has a minor injury or something. My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx

Don't use him that much, let him sit a few games, then let him pitch an inning every other day, that way his rating will go up.Comment

Re: ASB - Fatigue problem
Sometimes my pitcher's fatigue rating goes up AFTER I pitch them, I think a guys rating will go down if he's not being used enough. I usually try to get those guys some work, even if it's just one hitter.
Another problem is when you have guys in the pen who are listed as SP's. For example, Joe Nathan is listed as a starter, but I have him in the pen (cuz that's where he is in real life) every time I pitch him he's not ready to go again for another 4 days, just like a starter. It's kinda lame, you should be able to alter pitcher's roles.Comment

Re: ASB - Fatigue problem
Yeah, if you have relievers that don't get work for several days, their fatigue will go down to B and even C if you have them sitting for too long. The only way I've found to fix this is to give them a couple of batters even if they are still blue in the bullpen.“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis BlackComment
