can i convert a releiver into a starter? if i make him a starter.. as he progresses will his stamina increase enough?

I don't think you'll need to ask a coach. You could if you wanted to. But I would just trade their stamina around by editing their ratings. Like if your making a starter into a reliever lower their stamina rating. But if your making a reliever into a starter just raise it. Do this by the editing feature. Some people would consider this cheating, but if you switch the two around, it's really not.Comment

shucks.. i was hoping i could do it without editing attributes.. ill play around tonight with simming and see if i can do anything..
the reason i say this is because i have an orioles franchise and i love pitching with jorge julio.. but since he is the closer its only 1 inning a game.. so im thinking of maybe converting him into a starter.Comment

How is that cheating? In real baseball Relievers are converted to starters and some starters become relievers. That is not cheating. It would be cheating if you switched stuff around other then that. Stamina is just how long they can throw in the game. It's not like editing his ratings and making a poor Minor league player into a John Smoltz. Like I said I have done this before. I have switched my starters into relievers and sometimes the relievers into starters.Comment

maybe if i raised his stamina like 5 points or something every start until maybe 80 or so stamina..
