Camden Yards?

I will be making my second trip down to Camden Yards this thursday and was wondering if some of you seasoned O's fans could give me some ballpark tips. I will probably arrive super early and tailgate. Is this allowed and how early do the lots open? Also is there anything within walking distance worth checking out, like the inner harbor? What should we not miss while at the park? Thanks for your help.

I don't tail gate so I can't help you out with that. Pickle's Pub (outside of the park - left field area around the Hilton) is a pretty popular pre-game place.

The Inner Harbor is within walking distance. Harbor has some shops and restaurants. Aquarium is pretty close if you're into that sort of thing. You also have the Sports Museum that's close to the park. ESPNZone is in the area too. Rookie outfielder Nolan Reimold will be there from noon to one signing autographs and conducting a QA. If you're looking for crabs, the best places are not around the harbor, though.

Where would I get the shampoo and special comb to get rid of them afterward. Seriously though sounds like good advice. What time do the parking lots open? Gonna leave NYC after the AM rush.

Inner Harbor is definitely worth the visit. I'd check out the ESPNZone for sure. If you want a good seafood buffet, check out Phillip's which is also in the harbor. It's in one of the two mall-like buildings, I forget which though. As far as outside of the harbor, check out the aforementioned museum which is literally right outside the ballpark. Also, the Babe Ruth Museum is right up the street, so if you're in to that kinda thing, it's definitely worth a look.

Other than that, enjoy the best ballpark in the majors.

Check out the lobbies on the second floor. Fancy bars and lounges with couches and huge TV's. It's win on a hot day.

I gotta chance to go to Camden Yards in July to watch the O's play the Red Sox. It's a beautiful ballpark, I love the B&O Warehouse in right, and the big clock tower, just a phenomenal stadium.
