    Not saying that it is, but for some reason it looks doctored when the bat is spinning...something just looks off.

      Looks normal to me. The whole idea behind this is you have to trust the laws of mass conservation when it comes to the bat barrel flying around and that it won't whack your hands. Because the center is closer to the barrel than the knob, it will rotate about an axis further from your hands by the time the barrel spins around so it won't hit them. Then of course you have to catch it.

      Not saying this is easy, but that's what makes this possible. It looks legit to me, and kind of cool. I'm now tempted to go try it (though I'm sure I'll be whacking my hands with the knob portion when it spins back around).

          I wonder how he is getting it to spin in place. It is spinning in the middle so I don't know how he is getting it to spin and stay in place without spinning it by the middle.
