What's your best ejection from either playing or coaching? I have had several lame ones,coaching and playing, but only one cool one....
I had a 6'2" frosh who was finally throwing strikes consecutively. The ump was squeezing him, and I was ragging him pretty good...
HIM: "Coach , we're not gonna talk about balls and strikes."
ME: "Of course we're not, you're not calling any strikes for me to talk about."
...Tossed.
It was funnier if you knew the guy, he was a pompous blowhard LOL.
I almost got tossed for telling the ump, " We didn't drive an hour and a half to get hosed by you." Would've been great! The best one was an assistant coach who told the ump, "Get off your knees you're blowing the game."
