I would say Billy Wagner. On Sunday Night Baseball, he threw one 102 mph. He threw three or four more that read 101 on both the stadium and ESPN's radar gun. That is bringin it.

And the funny/amazing thing is that he is right-handed.
What I mean is that, sure, he throws left-handed...but he writes/does most other things right-handed. When he was a kid, he broke his right arm playing football. He was in a cast for like 6-8 weeks. He started to throw left-handed. After the cast came off, he was playing football again and re-broke the same arm! He just kept throwing left-handed and now he brings the heat!Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. Re: Best heat in the majors
Matt Anderson, the former closer for the Detroit Tigers, was able to touch 102 pretty consistently a couple of years back. Even Randy Johnson came out of the club house just to watch him toss. He threw his arm out early last season and required surgery. Now he can barely reach 95 and has been sent down to work on some better breaking stuff. It's really a shame, he had lots of potential.
