Pretty dull game overall though..... and pretty bad wrap-up question for the game MVP.

NL always finds away to lose. Congrats to the AL AGAIN!

At least the NL representative in the World Series seems to have better luck I mean would you rather have the AL winning the World Series every year?

Zack Greinke: only pitcher on either team with two strikeouts.

Hey...I need something to be excited about here in KC.

There seems to always be a goat for the NL every year in the ASG that manages to blow a close game for them. Last year it was Uggla/Lidge, this year it was Upton making some awful plays in the outfield. To be fair though I don't think Upton plays left field normally.

I think the bigger issue was the NL doing nothing offensively outside of the second inning.

At least then they would all be in the same spot.

                I'm not advocating anything...

Shrug, the AL wasn't exactly lighting up NL pitchers either. It's been pretty dry in terms of run production these last few years.

Which makes defense that much more important.

I think he's an RF normally.

Correct, and I'm pretty sure he has never played LF in his pro career(majors & minors combined).

That's true. In fact, most of the outfielders for the NL were playing out of position at some point in the ballgame.
