Ah yes, I kinda miss stirrups too myself. Luckily there are still some that wear them and they're young kids too! Most of them are pitchers though. I wanna see more position players wearing em.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

There's a small list at the bottom of the article on who's still sporting them.Former Bison, Argonaut, TSN and Sportsnet employee.

Big ups to the players who are still wearing them, or attempting to bring them back. I think they look awesome.

I'm definitely not a fan of the baggy pants look that is the rage in baseball these days.Green Bay Packers | Milwaukee Brewers | Bradley Braves | Wisconsin Badgers

Do these guys realize how stupid they look?
The baggy pants with bell bottoms that drag the ground, and that ridiculous look with the cap that goes over their ears and has no curve at all to the bill?
Why is it that the NFL is the only league that enforces dress code?Comment

Cosign, the baggy pants are horrible.
The knee-high socks without the stirrups aren't too bad. The Twins have a couple guys that wear them like that.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

BTW I think it was Cueto (sp?) of the Reds who earlier this year nearly injured himself badly falling off the mound due to his baggy pants. It would've served him right if he was sent to the DL because of that.
The baggy look is horrible and can someone tell Prince Fielder to wear tops that aren't 3 sizes too big for him?Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I LOVE! the baggy pants. I don't need to see a players bulge all the time. And the flat bill caps are stylish. I have this same problem with 70's basketball. WAAAAAAAAAY too much showin'. I guess I'm just not old fashioned like you guys.Note to self: BUY MADDEN 12*
*there are considerable franchise upgrades
