How come nobody uses the lobbies anymore?

I was just wondering this. There are tons of posts about questions people have about ASB, WSB, HH, MVP, or whatever. But nobody really posts in the lobbies anymore. Isn't that what they are for? When we have a question about a game, a complaint, and so on, wouldn't it be easier just say it in the lobby? I know there the occasional replies in the lobbies, but not nearly as many as the amount of posts asking questions and such. It seems like the lobbies are almost dead now days. Just my opinion.

I'm guessing, from the lack of respones to your post, and given the lunacy present in just about every thread here, that nobody understood your question. I understood your question, though, and would like to know the same thing

Come to think about it, those "lobbies" aren't really lobbies. They're just one, long, thread which to me makes no sense. I'm not going to search through one, long, thread so that I can find something not even remotely relevant to the conversation on the first page of the thread. If they want to make lobbies, then why don't they? It can't be that difficult

They had the hot games forums, but those went away....there have been many long diatribes about that.

You hit the nail on the head as far as why I don't use the lobbies though...just as easy to make a new thread, and much easier to read them that way.

It shouldn't be much of a problem to have forums for each hot sports game. When WSB 2K4 comes out, archive the WSB 2K3 lobby or push it down the ladder.
