I just had the best game of world series baseball 2k3 OMG!!!!!

ok, here it is, im the seatlle mariners and im playing the new york yankees in the divisional playoffs, i was wining most of the game with a 2-0 lead after a first inning home run by john olerud( i play with xcells sliders) then i had a 4-0 lead, the yankees slowly chipped away and after back to back homeruns by giambi and larry walker( computer yankees traded him for soriano) the score was tied. In the top of the 9th the yanks got the bases loaded no outs then they have there two big lefties coming up, giambi stirkes out on a fastball and walkers grounds into a dp on a 3-2 count on a fastball out of the strike zone. Then to the top of the 11th for the yanks, BASES LOAD AGAIN and NO OUTs, sasaki had already pitched in the 10th but idecided to keep him in. First batter flies out to shallow center but its tooo shallow for the man on 3rd to tag, then he gets somebody to ground into a double play. BOTTOM of the 11th my first batter strikes out and here come EDGAR MARTINEZ, hits a drive to right field and i assumed the game is over, hahahaha i was almost wrong, the right fielder attemps the homerun rob and misses the ball by inches. WHAT A GAME!!! sorry for rambling so long but i just had to share this experience, THIS GAME IS UNBELIEVABLE

You had a VERY exciting game there Congrats on your win.

On another note, my Reds have fallen to 5-8 with a six game losing streak. I seem to have a lot of trouble wtih smoking gun pitchers. My favorite pitchers are those that throw sliders that tail towards me. I'm waiting

I just had the worst game with the Mariners.

I'm up 3-0 heading into the top of the 8th. Garcia is dead tired, but I've got to leave him in, he was throwing a 3 hit, 0 BB, 13K game. So he gets two outs. Then implodes. Homer. Base hit. Base hit. Double. I have to bring Rhodes in. He gets an out. 3-3.

Still 3-3 going into the 9th. Rhodes gets an out then dies on me. Several hits later and a routine fly ball missed that bounced over my OF's head, it's 7-3 Red Sox. That's the score I lose by

Good thing I clinched the playoffs with an Angels loss.

I don't want to say "best" game; but the game I just played was one of the most realistic games I've ever had on ANY baseball video game. I'm Oakland, first game of my franchise.
Bottom 5th, men on 2nd & 3rd, 1 out, Hatteberg hits one down the line, barely fair. He gets in with a double after Ichiro's throw was a bit offline. 2-0 A's. Next inning, Durazo murders a ball 501 feet to left center, 3-0. Strange thing is, before and after the 5th and 6th innnings, it was a pitchers duel. I was walked 2 or 3 times, and Zito walked one (I faced Garcia).

So this was the final score:

My opinion was that this was a pitchers duel, with just enough production for me to win.
