    3Do(HH) Bankruptcy: Good new or Bad?

    After reading the article posted in the news section,I'm curious what you all think,if this is the end of High Heat It sounds to me that the one guy was putting the usual spin on the games in development,or perhaps that someone would pick them up. With all the other companies committed to thier own games,I don't see this happening. It would have to be someone outta the blue ,coming in to pick up the pieces.
    I hope I'm wrong,but this just might be the end of the High Heat Series.
    With some pumped up graphics,this would have been the jewel of games IMO.
    I know some of you out there have backgrounds in the software industry,and anyone else for that matter,lets hear your take on this.
    Is it possible someone would pick this game up,pump up the graphics,give it a little flavor. Gameplay wise there isn't much to tweak.
    Good news or bad? Lets hear some opinions.

      bad for high heat baseball.sort of like when front page football stopped no one picked it up.

              It could be good news if say, MS would pick the team up, and put great Xbox graphics/sound/online play behind their gameplay, etc.

                      Why? They all ready have IP, besides is HH even doing that good in sales? I doubt it, because if it did they wouldn't be bankrupt right now...

                              1st off, I say BAD b/c HH is the only baseball game I like. And HH is not gone. 3DO is bankrupt, for sale. Someone could buy them and front them money for new games.

                              AND as someone said earlier, HH is not 3DO's cash cow. The Might and Magic series was supposed to be and it has flopped recently, along w/ army men.

                                      HH sold better than it ever has on the console this year. They're bankrupt not because of HH, but because 3DO didn't have any other games to sell. They were a one-dimensional company that couldn't survive that way. If it weren't for HH, 3DO would've gone under long before yesterday...
