    ASB Question

    So it's May 1st, and I am very displeased with my 3B, Brandon Larson I gave him a full month, and he has showed no signs of improving right now, as he's hitting .167. Me having a short temper, I send him down to Triple A to see if he'll be ready later in the year.

    So, with already making a trade for pitching before the year (Josh Towers from Toronto for Sean Casey), I fully converted Dunn to my everyday 1B, and Branyan my Left feilder. Branyan has been hitting the life out of the ball, so he stays in the lineup. I now can either, A - move Aaron Boone back to 3rd, and call up Juan Castro to be my everyday 2b .. ouch. No, I pass on that and see if I can make a trade. With already a very good bullpen, I figure Gabe White can be moved since I have 3 lefties already. So I work out a deal, that sends Gabe White & Jose Acevedo to Tampa Bay for 1B Audrey Huff and young MR Travis Phelps. That works out great for me. I move Dunn back to LF, Branyan to 3rd, keep Aaron at 2nd, and Audrey Huff is my new 1B. Smooth.

    Now, the problem is here. I can't find Travis Phelps anywhere. I goto the transactions page, and it says he was traded to my team, and I click his scouting report .. it says "Inactive" .. Now, where do I activate him? I have room for him on my 25 man, but I cant find him!

    Can anyone help? Thanks.

      dunno what to tell you for sure...never had that happen.

      I have had it happen where one guy disappears, but that is when you don't have enough room on your Active Roster. To me, it looks like you traded 2 Major Leaguers for 2 Major Leaguers, which should have put him on your ML Roster. Only thing I can think of is to go into Roster Management and see if you can sort by name (rather than level) and look him up.

The rset can be a ttoal jmulbe and you can sitll raed it wouthit a porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.

              Hmm, well actually - I traded Jose Acevedo (minor leaguer) and Gabe White (Major leaguer) for two major leaguers - BUT, like I said in the post, I had room since I sent Larson down. Damn.

              I'll try searching by name, but even if I don't find him, I guess its not that big of a deal, since he was just a throw in .. but still, I hate these glitches. Games shouldn't be released when such a thing can occur.
