yaoza, im not sure what he means.. but maybe.. non-baseball players.. that were drafted by major league baseball teams but chose other sports?!?... im not really sure.

anyone who was not a collegiate player this season (in a particular sport) is a free agent, therefore any of us are free-agents and don't have to be drafted.
for the amateur draft there are also age constrictions. for example, if a guy goes to college late in life (say 28), he could be drafted, or signed as a free agent.

anyone who was not a collegiate player this season (in a particular sport) is a free agent, therefore any of us are free-agents and don't have to be drafted.
