Don't get all offended because you're a Cubs fan and I mentioned Sosa. Every team has players that cheated. Get over it. I don't understand why you are asking me how many times Sosa has broken his bat. What does it matter? He cheated with corked bats and drugs and he also lied through his teeth numerous times. If you want to stick up for the guy, be my guest.
I just thought it was funny that you mentioned some less obvious players on your list (Ortiz, Ramirez) and then one of the most obvious (Sosa) and left out one who basically admitted using steroids at the Congressional hearing who just so happened to play for your favorite team. The Sosa corked bat was an isolated incident. Obviously you don't know how they found the cork, it was because his BAT BROKE. Duh. I think it might matter because it proves he wasn't corking his bat before. That's why the BP excuse makes sense.

Sosa hitting 60 in three different seasons = glory days for a Cubs fan. What else can we cling to?

that is a small percentage of the total players named. There have been more Dodgers than anyone, so lets accuse anyone who ever played for LA
There are many more than just that, trust me.

Who are all these Dodgers you speak of?

Um, exactly how does the bat breaking mean he wasn't corking before? Are you saying that corked bats are prone to break? Doubt guys would use them for them to break. The BP excuse sucks and honestly your argument has less validity holding onto that than the Cubs symbol in your avatar. He cheated... and lied... multiple times. I'm guess you're not related to him so it's ok to let it go.

A few Rangers were found to be juicing, but "chemical factory" is kinda overstating it lol

How was Texas a "chemical factory" in the late 80s and 91? Where do you get this information? If they were, I guess they were doing it wrong because the Rangers were one of the worst teams in baseball in the 80s

Are you delusional? Do you really think that Sosa only used a corked bat that one time?

Do you also think that Barry Bonds didn't knowingly use steroids?

I have swung a corked bat before and could definitely tell the difference. Are you really going to tell me that a professional baseball player that takes batting practice every day didn't know what type of bat he was using? Give me a break man. These guys know their equipment like the back of their hand. That would be like waking up in the morning and accidentally putting on your wife or girlfriends under garments.

At least McGwire didn't lie about it or forget how to speak English. He just refused to talk about which in itself was an omission that he was guilty.

The Tulsa Drillers used to be the Texas Rangers AA affiliate.

Pudge, Juan Gonzalez, Sosa, and a lot of other juicers played for the Drillers. That being said, they probably started once they got to the majors.

Because I was referring to the 92 and onwards. Not the late '80s.
