    Draftees in WSB2k3

I was wondering how good some of your'alls draftees became in WSB2k3. My best is like 74, although he is still 23 with A+ potentional, i was just wondering how good some of these guys got. Another thing, with the drafted pitchers, does any bodies pitchers throw faster than 80? none of the pitchers ive drafted or i have hit against throw fast at all. Whats up with that? thanks

same here.. very rarely do you get a pitcher that throws harder then 80.. its as rare as a pitcher that throws under 80..
its like that one curve you learn about in school.

the fastball min is 60 and the fastball max is 100.. the middle is 80 so therefore your gonna get the most around that i think. i always edit my pitchers velocity +5 or +10 points in their fastball

one time i drafted a pitcher with a 85 changeup and a 75 fastball.. talk about aggravating

and with progression.. he will progress eventually.. id bring them up from the minors at around 75 and let them start and they will either stay about the same or flourish.

i think that a mixture of ASB's draft and WSB's draft would be pretty dern good.

yea that pitching speed makes sense. sega should realize that most pitchers through between 82-90 though. i found that i can still get people out with these pitchers though surprisingly so. i have a pitcher who throws 82mph fastball but has a dirty slider and a good change that i can get people on. i wish when u were drafting u could see how fast they threw too, seeing how feilding arm strength doesnt matter, i dont think. with the minors though, if u go under coaches and then minor league coach u can see what the players will supposedly become in how many years. one of my guys is supposed to be a star in 1 year, and he is currently rated 64, im not sure how that is gunna work out. thanks for the reply
