Beast mode. Rockies will have a 1 game lead on the midgets when the night is over.

Yep, pretty much what I expected. The Giants are getting closer, but just not there yet.

Branyon just hit a bomb off the base of the Hit it Here Cafe and I'm pretty sure the ball never got higher than the foul poll. That ball was murdered.

Jim Tracy should win Manager of the Year in the NL. I don't care if he came in during the season, what he's done for Colorado has been nothing short of remarkable.

That was Tulowitzki's triple?! I'm sorry, but there were two errors on that play. That is a double.

Suck it up and go down to first base Youkilis. I swear players are so anxious to charge the mound nowadays.

Matsui and Posada go back to back in the 8th inning to tie and then take the lead. Yankees then extended the lead to 7-4 and Mariano is in to close it out.

Well Matt Kemp has shown up in this series. Still waiting for the Fat Boys to do something.

Looks like the midgets might have a chance to avoid a sweep this afternoon. Timmy goes up against Jeff Weaver.

Someone needs to give Russell Martin some kleenex.
Never seen such a bad umped series in my life. Pablo clearly got hit, but didn't get awarded first. Schierholtz beat the throw by in baseball terms, a mile.
                                I do because I can, I can because I want, I want because you say I can't
