    I'm still bitter that the Padres traded Woody Williams to StL for Ray Lankford.

          While Estes isn't great by any stretch of the imagination, a bonafied #4-#5 starter for a 4th outfielder who's only good for his defense is a steal.

          A little old but..

          Bobby Abreu for Kevin Stocker is a classic.

                            99 SD : 12-12, 4.41 era
                            00 SD: 10-8, 3.75 era
                            01 SD: 8-8, 4.97 era

                            01 STL: 7-1, 2.28 era

                            yeah, duncan helped him out a little, if only the guy could stay healthy the full year.

                            And on the trade note, you gotta remember (a long time ago it seems) that Lankford was a great player for a few years in the mid to late 90's. He had a few 30 hr .300 seasons.
