    Guillen is an excellent outfielder.

The first time I seen his arm, I was amazed.

    Hits for power and average.

But with that outfield of Dunn, Griffey Jr. and Kearns, he likely won't find a place in it anytime soon.

If Cincinnatti does deal Guillen, they would get something very good in return.

I wouldn't mind having him on my team, that's for sure.

I think that Dunn is getting far more credit than he deserves. Yes, he is leading the majors in homeruns. But, think about it. He is playing in the most "homer friendly" (Bart should be proud of his dad) stadiums in the majors. If Dunn was playing on any other team, he would NOT have 20 homeruns. And, with the batting average he has he wouldn't even be playing at the major league level this long with such a grotesque batting average. So, with further ado here is what I feel the Cincinnati Reds outfield should be:

    Leftfield: Jose Guillen
    Centerfield: Ken Griffey, Jr.
    Rightfield: Austin Kearns

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

thats the funniest think i have seen in a while
yeah he has the most homers in the league but he sucks they should sit him. how bout no?

Dunn needs to play to get better. Bottom line. The guy could be HUGE, I repeat HUGE, if he just gets the right balance of patience and aggression up at the plate. Playing a toss-about like Guillen over him everyday would be an error.

And if you're looking at .AVG as the definitive value of a hitter you need to get with the program... it's OBP and SLG that matter. Last time I checked Dunn was over .500 in slugging and takes his share of walks. So friggin what if you can bat .300 when you can't work the pitcher and can only hit singles.

That's why i say bring him in to 3rd, Thats the answer!!
Guillen came in the Majors as a middle infielder, so hell...put him at 3rd and see what he can do! also if he can play 3rd, move him in the leadoff spot!!

Hell...Why not Olmedo at leadoff? He's hittin' 292 and has speed, gotta be better than Dunn at leadoff. That's only reason Dunn's leading off, cause there's no one else!
This just in: Cincy's lookin' at Alamar from the Mets in a deal for Willy Mo. The Reds are lookin' at Castillo of the Marlins as well!
