I would say AL East... think... Yanks, Sox, and Jays... can't get any closer.

I would say AL East, but I don't see the Jays keeping it up so my guess is the race will only be between the Yanks and Sox. I expect the Angels to rebound towards the end of the year and the AL West will be very exciting, with a three way race between Mariners, A's, and Angels.

The AL east won't be fun because Steinbrenner will go get Benitez, Dotel, Matt Williams, and Gabe white to provide "short relief". Plus the Red Sox can't keep up this hot streak with a horrid starting rotation.

Which won't be a shock to noone..The BoSox choking and Steinbrenner improving his team, and as for that I can't see Benitez in a NY Yankees uniform, perhaps Dotel, maybe.

I think the NL West may shape up to be a good race. I know now it's all Giants, but look for the Dodgers to step it up and the Rockies don't look too bad either. It may be hard for them to play anywhere other than Coors, but they played decent against the West and that is most important.

The Rockies look good because of some good home pitching. Something, however, tells me that Chacon won't keep up his hot streak.
