    David Kelton.....

Did any one see his at bat last night? I know it was probably hard to see with Joe Morgan going on about Sammy, but he lined out to left in the 8th inning. The funny thing is that after Kelton lined out he got a standing O from the crowd. That was great and I think that he will be a great replacement for Choi/Sosa until healthy/sits out 8 games.... Either that or be traded for Lowell from Florida? So did any one esle see him?

yeah it was a great at-bat for Kelton. He was a #2 draft pick for the cubs several years ago. He's taken a while to develop but some guys are just late-bloomers and I think he'll still make an impact. They will have to give up a lot more for Lowell though if they want him.

yeah throw in Cruz/Hill as well also Kelton is only like 23 or 24 so in otdays game that is still plenty of time to be a pro...... the thing that impressed me the most was that he hit the ball so hard in his first at bat at Wrigley, against the Yankees, ESPN National TV audience, and 2 strikes....

I bet he will DH some guys during the AL games...might be a good fantasy pick-up if you have room in your roster!

I saw his at bat. He seemed to be a pretty good player. He made good contact with that pitch, it was just straight at the Left Fielder. I think he will be a good player in the future, but I don't see them trading him for Lowell.
