A Baseball Game to play vs the CPU (Xbox)

Can any of you guys recommend me on which baseball game out there for my xbox is great on playing vs the CPU only?

I am planning to play a full 162 game season including the playoffs and the world series and i need competition throughout my whole season vs 1player.

By the way MVP is a great game and all but when i played it more it started to be easy even i played with the devil rays and i managed to win 12-15 in a row

    and...

WSB 2k3 doesn't have the realism i am looking for. Like players accessories, elbow padding, cleats, BODY MODELS (Mo Vaughn and David Wells dont supposed to be skinny and atheletic) and etc.

Well since you actually described what your looking for, you cant go wrong with ASB. It has all the accesories and the whole nine yards. Correct player scaling, and yes, it does provide a challenge. I would'nt know how much of a challenge deep into the season. I'm only 40+ games in with a record of 26-16, tied with 2 teams for the division lead.

I would of said HH for a complete 1 player challenge but it does'nt have all the things you want in a baseball game.

Thanks guys for the potential games you mentioned but i made my choice and am playing HH 2004 (Xbox). Is such a great 1 player game but is hard to get hits in MVP level.

Can any of you guys, who have HH 2004 for Xbox give me tips on hitting well in MVP level. ThX..

And by the way my brother wants to play his own season too in HH 2004 (Xbox) but all it says to overwrite the game. Is there a way to save 2 seperate Franchises. ThX Again.

You have to really work the count. When you have crip counts like 2-1 or 3-1 look for the pitcher's best pitch. Go with the pitch as well . Don't try to pull the ball unless it's an inside pitch or if a fastball comes down the middle of the plate. If you swing at the first pitch alot you won't have very much success.
