Pitcher Effectiveness
In ASB 2004 is there a way to control the "Effectiveness Rating" on a created pitcher? Even if I give him all plus pitches, most of the time he will only have around a B effectiveness rating. Is there a way to control this or is this just random for each created player? And also, does it really have an effect on how good of a pitcher he is?Tags: None -
Re: Pitcher Effectiveness
You yourself can't decide what the effectiveness is. Just another blunder from Acclaim. -

Re: Pitcher Effectiveness
I think it has to do with, "the ability to get guys out", what I mean is, just because a pitcher has an A+ curve and A+ movement/control doesn't mean he will always get guys out with that pitch.Comment

Re: Pitcher Effectiveness
My take on effectiveness is how effective they'll be every time they go out to pitch. For example, a guy with a C+ effectiveness will have his "stuff" less frequent than a guy with an A effectiveness.Comment
