ASB Trick for editing player's appearance/eq

Just thought I'd share this, one of the things that bothered me for a long time is if I wanted to change a player's face/skin tone or his equipment (like wristbands, high or baggy pants, etc) was if I did it the game would still change the player's health rating and I'd end up saving my changes and then loading him back up over and over until his health was correct again.

I've only used it on the PS2 version, but if you go to the player editor and then pick a player you get the usual menu showing the player module in the left corner and your choice of menus to the right. If you choose physical attributes or appearance you can change anything you want in these sections (like batting stance, face, bat color, equipment, etc, etc.) When you finish just push the X button like you would normally to take you back to player editor menu (where it shows the choice of physical attributes, appearance, hitting ratings, etc). Once back at this menu just push the O button (or the circle button if you prefer.) The game will prompt you with a message saying something along the lines of, "Do you wish to exit without saving changes?" just go ahead and exit without saving. Now, for whatever reason, the player's appearance or face changes you made WILL be saved and none of the ratings will be changed. This only works for the cosmetic attributes however listed in the physical attribute menu and player appearance menu, if you try the same process with any batting/pitching/defensive ratings they will not be saved and will be whatever they originally were before. Also, make sure you keep an eye on your player module on the left as you make any changes because sometimes the game glitches and randomly switches the player's face to one that you did not pick or one that was not originally set. This happens sometimes even if you're editing ratings or anything else unrelated to the player's face or equipment. Just beware, and save often after you make changes because it can be a pain if you forget what face # that player originally had if you didn't already know (there are about 575 faces in the game.)

Just a little trick for anybody else like me who puts extra time into making sure players have the proper look and batting stance/pitching motions.

(ONE MORE THING TO ADD: You can edit a player's # and Height/Weight with this trick too.)
