They've lost 20 of their last 22 games. And last night they had a 1-0 lead going into the top of the ninth and they F#%&ING gave up three runs and lost. Even though their pitching sucks they have enough firepower in their lineup to win more than 2 out of 22 games. Can it get any worse?

Nah, they can't get much worse. As I've said before, they have two good pitchers on their team, and they are their setup man and closer. The key to their success would be to either force Arod to renogotiate this contract or send him to AAA. That may force him to agree to a smaller contract or whatever. Until they get the curse of Arod's contract off their backs, don't look for them to have any success.Comment

They cant get any worse but they wont get much better, yeah they can mash but they dont have one even average starting pitcher. Look at the ERAs...Thomson 93 innings 5.71 ERA, Colby Lewis 61 innings 8.66 ERA, Ismael Valdes 66.1 Innings 5.43 ERA, Park 7 Starts 7.58 ERA and it really only gets worse from there.Comment

They cant get any worse but they wont get much better, yeah they can mash but they dont have one even average starting pitcher.
