Rockies, late round......... never played baseball I believe I think they just saw his arm and well figured maybe he might give it a chance. But he said no to the Rockies. I believe they wanted him as a pitcher or 3rd baseman.http://flotn.blogspot.com

Yup, Rockies... I belive the rationale was "A player with that much physical ability will definitely give us an advantage"
I honestly don't know where they'd have played him, but it was mentioned that Vick hadn't played baseball since his sophomore year of high school.Comment
