Devil Rays? You'll face the likes of BoSox, Yanks, and Jays.
    Pretty tough.
" I look at him and it's getting to the point where it's just scaring me. He looks younger but he doesn't carry himself in a younger manner. He's impressive, and I'm glad we drafted him. "
    - Lavar Arrington on his new Redskins teammate Sean Taylor.

I've played with the D-Rays several times.. And every time, I take at least two of three from the BoSox. I might give it another shot, and see if I can win the World Series with that team..

Create a team full of the worst players in baseball. Take the worst players from each teams inactive roster and create your team off of those players. Should be a challenge.

You could also give the best players in the game to the teams in your division. Such as giving Vlad, Sosa, Manny, Etc. to a team in your division.

no disrespect to you b/c it's a good idea, but it's stupid. Not stupid b/c you came up with it, but stupid b/c that's the answer.

I own MVP, so i'm not tryin to trash it (I love the game), but face it it's over. The game is easy. There's no turnin back. I too find no consistant challenge in the game.

I've mentioned it before and I'll mention it again. The reason has to do with contact ratings.

Too many players can hit everything. I can hit with Ordonez like I hit with Bonds (in terms of average).

To add to that, there is no real margin for error in swingin at bad pitches. You can get away with swing mashing. You know, swinging at anything.

Maybe companies should consider making 10 difficulty levels.

10 total. 6 to add to the 4 we already have. 6 HARDER levels might I add.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer
