    i dont know, but speaking of valverde, will he continue to be closer even with mantei back?

          Valverde is a one pitch pitcher. FASTBALL. And a killer one at that. They say he can hit 100, but I've only seen him hit about 96 or 97. He doesn't have much control. He also throws a sharp slider on occasion.

          I think Valverde will lose his job to Mantai once he comes back, but if Mantai struggles I think they would probly go back to using Valverde.

            Valverde is a one pitch pitcher. FASTBALL. And a killer one at that. They say he can hit 100, but I've only seen him hit about 96 or 97. He doesn't have much control. He also throws a sharp slider on occasion.

            I think Valverde will lose his job to Mantai once he comes back, but if Mantai struggles I think they would probly go back to using Valverde.

                I think if he continues to play well, he will close when Mantei is back. They will play Mantei as like a setup, and see how he is throwing since the injury, but as soon as Valverde falters, I wouldn't doubt they pull him out of the closer role.

                Which would suck...because I Valverde on my fantasy team.

                            The D-Backs manager, Bob Brenly said he is going to use both closers which did not please Mantei at all. How can you choose between them? I sure can't.
