Yes, all teams that aren't NY are "mediocre". Or MAYBE they just can't afford to put out All-Star teams.

Re: Worst playoffs in recent memory
Perhaps MLB should to an NBA style system where everyone but the worst 4 or 5 teams make the playoffs. The World Series could then play a possible game 7 on Christmas and everyone would be happy...except for the people who would then complain that they hate watching Baseball in cold weather.Comment

Re: Worst playoffs in recent memory
This was a good playoffs IMO, yeah the umpiring was pretty horrendous but most games were entertaining even though it seemed like MLB already had in mind who was going to be in the WS lol jk. Don't anyone catch feelings on that.
My only complaint would be how late the postseason goes now. I mean come on, playing WS games in November??? These days off between series' need to be cut down. Or something, that is ridiculous.
But seriously I enjoyed watching it and the right team (the team who spent the most money) ended up winning. Any team that drops that much dough and doesn't win is either cursed or theyre the Mets lol.Comment

I enjoyed them. From both the Phils and a general BB fans perspective, seems like there were lots of close games and great finishesEagles, 76ers, Phillies, Arsenal FC, Wildcats, Vols
