Re: Biggest all-star snub of the year

I agree that Hudson has been a all-star this year, but his teammates haven't helped him out this year.

Numbers wise, he isn't quite good enough (too many blown leads by the bullpen), but performance wise, it's a no-brainer.

BRENDAN DONNELLY I think he has given up only 2 or 3 runs ALL YEAR.

Varitek SHOULD be an all-star. Posada is hitting what? .240?
Tek also calls a great game and has VERY clutch hits. had another 1 tonight as the Sox beat the Jays

Atleast Jeter didn't make the All-star team

Ok, let me get this straight. Tim Hudson has the stats to make the all star team, but he shouldn't make it because his bullpen has blown many of his games? Then what is KEITH FOULKE, his closer, doing on the all star roster?? This is a total outrage because Soscia picked way too many relievers.

Where was that clutch hit against Mussina late in the game, last weekend? THANK GOD, that homer went foul.

BTW, he's leading the votes in the AL by a slim margin. I believe Frank Thomas is behind him, and not Giambi.
