I think Oakland will try to get something for Tejada, especially seeing how they already said they can't afford to resign him.

I don't know... with the kind of season he's having, and the way the free agent market is, he may end up staying in Oakland. I think the A's would be stupid to trade him, he could get hot at the right time and help them win a championship. I would really like to see some team loyalty for once!!

If not the Orioles will take him!

Mets once again want to clear house. GM Jim Duquette has stated that all of the Mets are tradeable including Piazza and Reyes depending on the offer. Duquette never learns.

I can't believe he would even consider trading Reyes, the kid is a great player with a tremendous upside.

I don't think he would trade Reyes unless he got some super deal.

The way the hype machine works, who knows... maybe the Mets' have seen something in Reyes they don't like and by trading him now can get some serious talent in return... besides, Shea is not a good place for guys who rely on their speed... Maybe he'll go to Oakland for Rich Harden? They've got pitching galore and are probably going to need a new SS... what a trade that would be.
