    Clemens does deserve to be there after all the time he has put in. But face it, he's not putting up the Clemens like numbers so far this year. And I do agree Dontrelle should be in it just for the fact of the stats he's putting up.

        Baseball is in freakin shambles! The All-Star game was fine the way it was first introduced. It seems as though the more Bud tries to tinker the game to make it more fan-friendly the more he screws it up. First, every team having a representative is a joke. I'm sure everyone wants to pay money to see freakin' Lance Carter and Mike Williams with his 6+ era instead of Willis, Clemens, or Pedro. The argument is that people in every city want to see a player from their team. I'm sure everyone in Tampa is happy to see Lance Carter. What a joke. Dusty picking Ortiz over Willis is unbelievable. The more I hear Dusty talk and see his actions the more I think this guy is a moron. With American born African-American athletes dwindling in baseball there should be no way that Willis is left off the team. Not even for that, just look at his stats. I would have chosen Willis over Ortiz and Wood. Baseball has no idea how to market their game as well as their stars. BUD SELIG NEEDS TO GO AWAY FOREVER!

                    I think no matter what method you used, someone would be upset. Willis should have been an All-Star, hopefully he stays healthy and pitches well and will have other opportunities.

                                            Then, he needs to step down and let a real commissioner step in.
