There goes my ESPN feed now stuck watching in SD, but do I want to watch the rest of this?

Wish the ESPN game wasn't blacked out. Dish Network doesn't have The U in HD and watching the opening day game in SD is a no no. Why couldn't they have this on WGN at least?
