Hmm. I don't know cause I heard on BBTN that he might be a good fit for the mariners and he could play with his bro which he wants to do. Also the M's need a 3rd baseman cause Cirillo(sp?) Isn't doing to hot and they really don't want him anymore.

Wow, you just gave me hope heading into the trade deadline.
I was trying to think of some SS/3B on the trading block, cuz them are the M's two main weaknesses. I never thought about Aaron Boone.
It'd make alot of sense too, considering Bret is already an M.
I'm not a real big Aaron Boone fan, but right now I'd take about anything over the Cirillo/Bloomquist split at third.
The M's really need another bat, because outside of that big road trip they had earlier this year, their offense has been pretty dead(well, I know tonight they scored 11, but it was the TIGERS).
Hopefully it'll happen...but I won't get my hopes up too high since rumors have been pointing more towards him in LA...Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II
