Where do you all think the Expos will move?

I'm really excited about the possibility of them moving to Northern Virginia or even D.C. (though i really think Nova should get em, D.C. has enough pro teams). I see the Oregon move as just an outside chance of happening. Also, what'd you think their new nickname should be? Virginia Expos or Washington Expos just doesn't seem right.

No more driving an hour and a half to maryland just to see live baseball.... i like that.

Unfortunately, I think the Spos' will be dryed out talent wise within a few seasons, so whatever city gets them will probably have to sit through some rough ball.

Economically, both the DC area and Portland are more suitable for a team than many of the present markets that already have a club. So it might be a matter of 'when' and not 'if' for both cities.

As a Portlander I'm hoping the D'Rays move to Stumptown. I want to root for that outfield.

I thought I heard somewhere that it was not likely that they were going to the Washington area. I'm not sure but I thought I read that the plan to move them there wasn't very good. I'm prob wrong but I thought I remember reading something like that

I heard that too, i think the city that the team would be playing in said no to a stadium. I'd like to see them in Portland.
