The guy didn't want to get arrested for attempted murder because his kids would have been at the stadium unsupervised. Which I could understand. And I say 'attempted murder' because that's what I might have done if someone tried that on my daughter.

Yeah he's gotta worry about his job and his daughters too... tough situation. And I agree, it's not like I'd throw one punch and then walk away. Once you let yourself get to that place it'd take 10 men to get you off of him.

I've got no love for Easton police for my own personal reasons but I really feel for this guy.

That is terrible. I've been there a few times rooting for the away team and nothing really bad happened. I cheered and stood up when my team scored, but didn't do anything crazy. There was some good trash talk, but that was it. The cop did well.

Hopefully they find a bunch of stuff to charge this idiot with. I would have said something a lot sooner. I cannot stand people who constently curse loadly. If you are by yourself, do whatever you want, but you are out in public, you need to act accordingly.

The family will be "guests of the Phillies at a game".

Also the guy was charged with: "Clemmens, too, was removed from his seat, and Philadelphia police eventually charged him with simple assault, stalking, reckless endangerment, corruption of minors, harassment and disorderly conduct."
