Went to the game today, Daniel McCutchen was on the mound. Let me be one of the many to tell you, this kid is horrible, like totally herific. The Brewers had a field day with him and the Pirates bullpen. Giving up 5 homeruns, 25 hits, and 20 runs. To make it worse, the Pirates wern't even able to manufacture a run theirselves, they were shut out for the 2nd game in a row. I found the game rather funny, the team is just gross. I was getting excited about this year but that just shattered it. The 20-0 loss broke the largest shut out run differental, which was set in 1910, when the Pirates lost to the Phillies 18-0.
Let me give you some numbers on how HORRBILE the Pirates 3 game series against the Brewers was.
Brewers sweep Pirates (3-0)
Brewers out score the Pirates 36-1.
Game one: (8-1) Game two: (8-0) Game three: (20-0)
Brewers hits: 46
Pirates hits: 18
Also in the series the Pirates bullpen had to pitch 17+ innings in 3 games in 3 days.
This is just horrible, I don't know what else to say, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Pack it up Bucco Fans theirs always next year, or the next millenium....
