    RIP Jose Lima
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Didn't he pitch for the Mets in the world series against the Yankees... I used to love watching him when I was a kid and he played for the Mets

Quite possibly the craziest guy ever.

I don't want to sound like a ruthless dude, and certainly R.I.P for Lima Time, but this does not shock me.

What do you think caused it? Drugs? I mean how does a pro athlete who excersises way more than the average person, die of a heart attack sub 40? Your right, he must have been doing some crazy stuff..

                    RIP Jose Lima.

He had his ups and downs in his baseball career but he was always very entertaining to watch.

Usually when people die of a heart attack so young it is usually caused by one of two things: either drug abuse or poor dental hygiene. I know the latter one sounds funny, but I'm serious. If he wasn't abusing drugs then I wouldn't be surprised if he had bad teeth (specifically having rotted molars) that caused an infection that led to his demise.

My parents actually knew lima and his parents personally. Lima is from my mother's home town. My mother told me that Lima had terrible gambling habbits and that drove him to ruins. RIP LIMA...
