I think Costas is one of the better announcers, but tonight he is just gushing and if he mentions Walter Johnson again I'll puke. His cadence tonight also sounds like he rehearsed a lot of this stuff ahead of time, which gives it a cheesy feel.

He's really settled down since giving up the HR. That's the big thing i've noticed.

And, yeah, he's making major league hitters look completely overmatched.

The best was after pretty much calling Karstens a scrub he says "There are some who have already penciled Strasburg into the HOF" Um, that was your Cooperstown remark earlier in the game Bob.....
